2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. The rates below apply to small parts (typical webshop shipments) and may change; the price shown at checkout prevails.

Heavy, bulky or custom shipments: quote on request. Outside the EU: quote on request (customs, taxes and import charges are borne by the recipient unless otherwise agreed).
3. Delivery times (indicative)

Order handling: 1–3 business days from stock, before dispatch. Custom work and installation projects follow the quotation schedule (typically 2–3 weeks from Belgian stock, unless otherwise stated).
Delivery times are indicative and not firm deadlines, except where mandatory law or an express written agreement provides otherwise.
4. Order processing
- You place the order and receive an e-mail confirmation.
- After (advance) payment or credit approval we prepare the shipment.
- You receive DPD tracking information when available.
- Check the shipment on receipt for visible damage; report issues preferably within five (5) business days to [email protected] with order number and photos.
5. Returns procedure
5.1. Consumers — right of withdrawal (14 days)
See the General Terms and Conditions and the European withdrawal form. Notify withdrawal within 14 days to [email protected] and return the goods within 14 days of that notice. Consumers keep their statutory withdrawal right without a restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs on withdrawal: borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise stated.
- Return address (only after RMA): Armlab BV / SafeSignal, Sint-Hubertusstraat 67, 3730 Bilzen-Hoeselt — or follow the instructions in the RMA e-mail. Do not return anything without prior RMA approval.
5.2. Defect / warranty
Contact [email protected] with order number, problem description and photos. We assess whether repair, replacement or return follows and who bears shipping costs. Business customers generally receive a 5-year warranty on Redtronic LED signalling products (see Terms); consumers retain at least the statutory 2-year warranty.
5.3. Business returns (commercial)
Only after prior written approval (RMA). Returns without RMA may be refused. If unused items in original packaging are accepted: 15% restocking fee.
5.4. Condition of returned goods
Goods preferably in original packaging, complete with accessories, without damage from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning. Depreciation from unnecessary use may be deducted for Consumers according to law.
